This beautifully managed studio by Marbella Lane features one bed and one bath, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. Located on the fifth floor with elevator access, it boasts an elegant island-inspired décor, including a Cal-King sized bed and a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two. Enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, high-speed internet WIFI, and HD cable TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances including a microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker, ensuring you can prepare meals with ease. For extra convenience, a nearby convenience store offers additional supplies, while various restaurants and affordable eateries are just a short walk away.

Your security matters to us; with a night security guard on the premises and FOB security gate controls, feel at ease during your stay. Please note that this unit is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

For those arriving from the airport, Bus 19 or 21 will take you toward Waikiki, with a short 200-foot walk to your cozy condo upon disembarking.

Additional details include a strict cancellation policy that applies across platforms, with no refunds granted within 30 days of check-in if booked through our website. A security deposit of $500 USD is required. Remember, smoking and events/parties are strictly prohibited, and any violations could risk your security deposit.

We kindly request that you respect the community by avoiding parties, keeping noise levels down after 10 PM, and asking for approval if you plan to have visitors. Additional guest fees apply for more than two guests. Security cameras are in place to ensure compliance, as violations will lead to immediate eviction.
