The garage has been converted into a game room, perfect for entertaining guests, featuring foosball, arcade basketball, and other fun activities. A dedicated workspace ensures that you can catch up on tasks, if necessary.

Additional Information:
The third bedroom includes a bunk bed, featuring one full-size and one twin-size bed, accommodating adults and children alike. Please note that the neighborhood is newly developed and ongoing construction may be taking place nearby. This means you might encounter workers and equipment while enjoying your stay. The landscaping in the front and backyards is still being completed, giving the area an unfinished look.

Your tranquil retreat is located within a gated community that provides 24-hour security. Within a short 10-minute drive, you’ll discover beautiful beaches, local snorkeling spots, and delightful eateries. Notable attractions like Mākaha Beach Park are only 5 minutes away, while you're about 40 minutes from Honolulu International Airport (HNL) and 45 minutes from the vibrant heart of Waikiki.

Quiet Hours:
As part of this residential community, we ask that you respect our neighbors by refraining from parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet hours are enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking:
Driveway parking is available; please refrain from parking on the street.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire home at your disposal, except for a few locked closets and cabinets.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy, which varies by booking platform. Refunds will not be issued within 30 days of check-in when booked through our website. A security deposit of $500 USD is required. We kindly ask that you notify us immediately regarding any issues during your stay so we can address them promptly. Our strict no-smoking policy entails a $500 USD penalty for any evidence of smoking within the unit. We also maintain a no-pet policy, but if a pet is necessary, a $200 fee per pet will apply. An additional guest fee of $50 per person per night will be assessed after the first six guests.
