While having a rental car is suggested to navigate the area, several bus routes—such as the 40, 93 express, and the Country express—have stops conveniently located just past the guard shack and at Makaha Beach. The express bus provides an easy option for a day trip to Waikiki without the hassle of finding parking.

The building is primarily residential, fostering positive relationships with staff and neighbors alike. While the office closes on weekends, assistance is available at the guard shack for any needs outside regular hours. When it comes to parking, a monthly pass must be purchased in cash at the office; however, if you arrive after hours, a guest parking pass will be provided. We recommend unloading your belongings near the elevator in the resident lot before parking.
