Summary: Great location and well appointed condo. The host was very responsive to our questions. We arrived a day late, due to weather on another Island. The condo had not been cleaned due to the weather in Maui. I contacted the host and a cleaning crew arrived within an hour. The condo was very well appointed and had AC in the bedroom as well as the main living area and kitchen. The kitchen had a complete set of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as good quality appliances.. We loved the location because it is located right on the water. Shops, Restaurants, an aquarium and many charter boats within walking distance. The property that the condo is in could use a little more effort from the staff. Wet hallway floors and ramps were frequent in the common spaces and were never mopped. The central elevator did not work on several days. No note explaining why.
