Each bedroom boasts a luxurious King bed, while the den/library offers a cozy queen-sized sofa for extra guests.

The master suite is a true retreat, complete with its own private lanai, outdoor daybed, wet bar, and a lavish ensuite bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and an expansive walk-in rain shower with side sprayers and hand-held shower heads. With approximately 3,600 sq ft of indoor living space and an additional 2,400 sq ft of lanais, you'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views throughout your stay.

Set on a generous 5.13 acres, the estate not only offers phenomenal ocean vistas but also includes tropical fruit trees such as lemon, lime, orange, papaya, and banana for your seasonal enjoyment. Should you wish to heat the pool to a comfortable temperature of approximately 84 degrees, there is a fee of $300 per day. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

This property operates as a legal vacation rental, holding permits # SUP2 2014/0007 and STWM 2015/0005, allowing only one rental group at a time. Please note that a cancellation fee of $3,500 applies if reservations are canceled outside of 60 days prior to check-in. No refunds will be issued for cancellations during peak holiday periods including Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, or within 60 days of your reservation. A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required before your booking can be confirmed.

• Observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am to ensure tranquility for neighbors.
• Park vehicles only in designated areas; street parking is not permitted.
• Parties and gatherings outside registered guests are prohibited.
• The maximum occupancy is limited to 8 registered guests.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the garage; outdoor smoking must occur at least 20 feet away from the house.
• Overnight guests not included in the registered party are not permitted.
• Please keep the property and furnishings in good condition.
• Use appliances solely for their intended purposes.
• No pets allowed on the premises.
• No daily housekeeping service is provided; linens and beach towels are included for your convenience.
• Exercise caution when using the pool and spa; usage is at your own risk.
• If you visit agricultural areas, please take precautions against pests, particularly the Coffee Berry Borer Beetle.
