• Our rental agreements stipulate stays from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday only.
• Extended stays exceeding 7 nights may require a room change. Rooms that do not align with check-in/check-out dates may also necessitate a change.
• Bedding configurations vary; two-bedroom units typically feature two king beds and two sleeper sofas, while ADA units offer one king bed, one queen bed, and one sleeper sofa.
• The resort considers two and three-bedroom units as Oceanview. While the building is oceanfront, the classification remains Oceanview.
• Rentals are subject to state of Hawaii taxes, approximately $29.26/day for two-bedroom units.
• No smoking or pets are allowed.
