For your convenience, the Lahaina Provision Company offers locally-sourced groceries, deli items, and ready-to-eat meals.

Bedding Arrangements

The master bedroom accommodates two guests with a king-size bed, while a guest bedroom features a queen bed and a twin pullout loveseat, providing additional sleeping for three. The third bedroom includes two queen beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room allows for two more, bringing the total capacity to eleven. Please note that rollaway beds are not permitted in the residences.

Important Information

Please provide us with your legal name, address (matching valid photo ID), phone number, and email address within 24 hours of booking so we can issue your Guest Certificate. We cannot modify names once issued, and cancellations are not possible due to our owner's contract. To check in, you must be at least 25 years old.

Inquire about your desired travel dates, and we'll confirm availability. Our resort villas typically have check-in/check-out days of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Additional reservations beyond the seven-night stay may incur higher nightly rates. Keep in mind that extra stays could require a room change, as these are weekly residences.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time; however, we recommend arriving as early as possible so our onsite concierge can prioritize preparing your suite. Each villa undergoes professional servicing, taking an estimated two hours. Guests are entitled to a 10 AM checkout, after which staff will begin servicing the villa for your arrival. You are welcome to enjoy the onsite amenities during this time.

All villas are assigned upon check-in by the onsite management team. While specific requests for particular buildings or floors may not be guaranteed, the team will do their best to accommodate your preferences.

Rental rates are subject to state of Hawaii taxes, which vary based on unit size, with an approximate fee of $15.47/day for one-bedroom units.
