* Our Club requires our guests to provide us with the Legal Name of the Primary Guest (with matching Valid Photo ID) to properly update the Guest Certificate. Please provide this within the first 24HRS of booking to ensure all updates to the Guest Certificate are done properly from the Club. The Front Desk at the resort will only see and know who to check-in as our guest from the updates provided to us/Our Club.

Should you not provide this to us, the front desk will not know you are our guest and this will delay your check-in. We can NOT change the name on the Guest Certificate once we have issued it after your booking and we can NOT offer a refund/cancellation as this is through our owner's contract. Thank you for understanding.
