The villa spans over 2000 sq. ft. of luxurious interior living space, complete with premium appliances and fixtures, providing everything you need for an unforgettable Maui getaway. Key features include a culinary haven with Bosch stainless steel appliances and all necessary kitchenware for preparing delicious meals.

Sliding pocket doors lead you to the generous 500+ sq. ft. elevated lanai, perfect for lounging or al fresco dining. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a Coyote BBQ grill, sink, and refrigerator, complemented by a partial ocean view. You'll also find a spacious laundry room with full-size washer, dryer, and sink for added convenience.

Your family will love the luxurious accommodations offered in the three bedrooms, each featuring king beds. The two master suites come with their own private lanais and ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two XL twin beds. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the third bedroom. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably.

With a dedicated driving entrance and garage boasting one parking space, additional parking is also available in the villa's driveway. Inside the garage, you'll find beach chairs and an ice cooler for your days at the beach. This property is designed with families in mind.
