This distinctive accommodation features two separate homes: a three-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guest cottage. Each residence is strategically placed apart from one another, boasting individual gated entrances, private parking, a hot tub, and serene garden areas. The tranquil cottage gazes up toward Haleakala, while the main house presents stunning views down to the ocean.

The Guest Cottage showcases an expansive outdoor deck that overlooks a beautifully landscaped garden. Enjoy exclusive access to this space, which includes a large redwood hot tub paired with a gentle trickling waterfall, lounge chairs, and a dining area perfect for meals under the sky. The spacious tiled deck also features a dining set, additional seating, and a gas BBQ for your convenience.

Inside the Guest Cottage, you'll find two comfortably appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—along with two full bathrooms equipped with showers. The expansive living room and dining area provide a warm gathering space, complemented by a fully stocked kitchen ready for any culinary endeavor.

Experience restful nights on soft, luxurious linens as the soothing sounds of nature lull you to sleep. You will find an escape from the bustle of city life, where serenity is the norm and the only sounds are the gentle whispers of wind and cheerful birds. • Neighbors: Please respect the tranquility of our community. Keep noise levels minimal, especially during the evening hours. No loud music, parties, or amplified sound is permitted.
• Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet time from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Use of the Property: The property is exclusively for the use of registered guests listed in the rental agreement. No additional visitors are allowed.
• Parking: Ample parking is available on-site; street parking is not permitted to ensure access for emergency services.

Upon booking, you will receive a property rental agreement for your review and acceptance. Payment can be processed via check or credit card (VISA or MC), with a nominal processing fee applied to credit transactions.
