Your ground-level condo overlooks the third hole of the Fazio Golf Course. The bedroom is complete with a comfortable queen-size bed, an individual air conditioning unit, and an HDTV for your entertainment. In the living room, the sofa conveniently converts into a queen-size bed, allowing accommodations for up to four guests.

The adjacent bathroom exudes comfort with its modern vanity, toilet, and a combination tub/shower equipped with sliding glass doors. A quiet ceiling exhaust fan ensures excellent ventilation. For added convenience, a washer/dryer combination unit is located between the bedroom and bathroom, making laundry chores effortless. Additionally, you'll find ample bedding and bath supplies stored in a nearby closet.

The kitchen is outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances and comes fully stocked with all necessary utensils and tableware, perfect for crafting anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. There’s an HP all-in-one computer running Windows 10, along with an HP color printer available for use. Plus, high-speed internet access is readily available via a wireless router for your laptop or tablet.

The Lanai, just beyond the living room, provides a delightful space for your morning coffee or evening nightcap, furnished with patio tables, chairs, and lawn chairs for soaking up the sun while reading a book. Your stay begins with essential supplies provided, including two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge to get you started.

Upon arrival, you will receive a fob for easy entry into the gated community, along with a designated parking space conveniently located steps from your front door. The key box situated by the front screen door contains the house keys, and an access code will be provided for your convenience. Motion-detected night lights enhance safety as you return after dark.

Please note that while resort pools are exclusive to hotel guests, our property features three pools and tennis courts for your enjoyment. Additionally, consider taking a scenic drive along the North Shore Kam highway, stretching from near Kaena Point in the west to Waialua on the east coast, where stunning views and attractions await.
