Summary: Amazing view and location with bay access! Pictures don't do justice, it is absolutely beautiful. Another amazing perk is the easy bay access with double/single kayaks/SUPs/gears provided. Unfortunately for us, water was choppy during a bulk of our stay but still got to kayak and paddle board out to the water towards the end and saw the dolphins up close! Wake up to looking out at the water! In theory, fall asleep to the sound of waves but we had to use ear plugs (note for sensitive sleepers). Also noted in reviews, this lodging only has screen windows. Privacy was not an issue and weather was pleasant (no AC but fans were sufficient with the natural breeze). I'll note that for folks used to suburban/hotel-type lodgings, be prepared for gnats (at night time with lights on and no windows) and ants and bugs, given the screen windows. Saw a couple of cute geckos on our last day there, one visited inside. Kitchen is basic and functional- we limited use. There is a toaster oven/air fryer that should suffice to heat things up. Lastly, Jessa the live-in caretaker is wonderful! Always available and happy to help out or chat and was a reassuring presence. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
