THE SPACE:
Your retreat is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac within a spacious neighborhood characterized by sizeable lots, ensuring privacy from neighbors—a rarity in Kailua.
INDOOR:
This comfortable unit features a private suite connected to the main house via a dedicated walkway and entrance. Accommodating up to three guests, it includes a queen bed and a twin daybed. A separate entrance leads to your fully equipped kitchen and laundry area, providing a total indoor living space of approximately 400 square feet designed for your comfort.
OUTDOOR:
Step outside to enjoy the beauty of a covered patio spanning 20x10 feet, complete with a six-seater dining set and outdoor lighting for enchanting evenings. The expansive backyard of 2,500 square feet showcases tropical foliage, plumeria trees, and even breadfruit—perfect if you forget to stock up on groceries. With only a five-minute drive to the beach, you may find yourself soaking up the sun in your yard under cool tree shade instead.
Most amenities are brand new as of July 2023, including a split AC system and high ceilings that enhance airiness and brightness throughout your stay. For those days when you prefer a darker ambiance, blackout curtains are thoughtfully provided. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of your own parking spot directly in front of the property.
PRIVATE KITCHEN/LAUNDRY: FULLY EQUIPPED
Your kitchen comes complete with a large capacity washer and dryer, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, double burner, toaster, convection oven (suitable for a 12” pizza), coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, crock pot, rice cooker, Brita water filter, and all essential cookware, plates, cutlery, and storage containers needed for your culinary desires.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to your own high-speed internet connection. While the host may occasionally utilize the backyard during their time at home, the areas outlined above are exclusively for your use. A hose is available around the property, and you are welcome to borrow stand-up paddleboards, surfboards, a beach cruiser, and snorkeling gear for your aquatic adventures.
