To clarify the offerings at Honua Kai: the construction of the Luana Townhouses is fully complete, and Honua Kai consists of 700 individually owned condominiums, governed by a homeowners association. It's essential to note that Honua Kai operates differently from a traditional hotel. Each owner selects either onsite management through Outrigger or an external rental agency. All guests have full access to amenities such as pools, restaurants, shops, a spa, fitness center, and concierge services.
