Spanning 915 sq. ft. and meticulously renovated with designer furnishings, this exceptional rental features two private sleeping areas, a spacious bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and full-size tub.
Situated on the serene south side of Konea Tower and conveniently located steps away from the elevator, you will find effortless access to the resort's inviting pools, pristine beach, Duke's restaurant, fitness center, spa, and underground parking. The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, direct access to the lanai, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The den is equipped with double doors for added privacy, its own closet, a queen bed, and another smart TV.
The living room offers an array of upgraded furniture, including a new flat-screen smart TV, a queen-size sofa bed, and bi-folding glass walls that allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living as they open up to the outdoor lanai. You can unwind on the covered lanai while soaking in breathtaking mountain and resort views.
The bathroom in Konea 312 features a glass-walled walk-in shower with a soothing massage shower head, an oversized soaking tub, and dual sinks adorned with granite countertops, enhancing both style and convenience.
