Positive: Fantastic location, lots of extras provided that you normally would have to buy ie wash powder, dishwasher tablets, and washing up liquid. The amount of water inflatables and toys for the pool kept even the oldest of the children busy. Easy to get walk into Kona or to drive to Volcanoes and Hilo . Cannot praise the location and the home enough. The pool and hot tub are brilliant and the views from the upper floor when the sunsets are amazing
Negative: Only a couple of things really , one is that the information from the company was not upto date and we could not gain access to the property. This of course caused us some distress as we arrived late at night and had to try and contact the company. Fortunately there is someone on duty 24hrs so they managed to get us in. Also the Wi fi code was out of date so that needed updating as well. I hope that both of these issues will have been addressed now. My only other minor gripe was that the air con does run rather loud on a night, again though I would rather have it than not . I still would give the property a 5 star rating though
