Regarding taxes, the State of Hawaii imposes a total tax rate of 17.962%, comprising an excise tax of 4.172% and a transient tax of 13.25% on all transient accommodations. These taxes will be detailed in your reservation confirmation and might change as per state regulations starting from 1/1/2024.

Occupancy rules dictate that additional guests of any age, including infants and toddlers, require prior approval and could incur an extra fee of $100+tax per day for each guest.

In case you need to cancel, please be aware that cancellations made outside a 60-day period prior to arrival incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the total amount. Cancellations within 60 days may result in forfeiting all payments. We encourage all guests to secure a travel insurance policy to safeguard against unforeseen changes. Credit card fees will be deducted before processing refunds.
