The resort boasts an array of amenities, including multiple swimming pools, waterfalls, a children’s shallow pool, a 24-hour fitness center, Duke’s Beach House restaurant, and the Whaler’s General Store and Spa. Please note that some amenities may be subject to change or temporary closures due to health guidelines related to the Covid-19 pandemic.

For your convenience, the state of Hawaii imposes a tax of 17.962% on all transient accommodations. This includes a 4.172% excise tax and a 13.25% transient tax. Taxes will be clearly identified in your reservation confirmation and are subject to change. Keep in mind that starting January 1, 2024, the total tax rate will apply to all departures regardless of booking date.

OCCUPANCY: To ensure a peaceful experience, additional guests, including infants and toddlers, require prior approval, which incurs a daily fee of $100 plus tax per guest.

POLICIES: We proudly maintain a NO PET policy and strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. Cancellations made outside of 60 days before arrival incur a 10% fee, while cancellations within this time frame may result in a loss of all payments made. All credit card fees will be deducted before refunds are processed.
