TAX: A total tax of 17.962% is mandated by the State of Hawaii, which includes an excise tax of 4.172% and a transient tax of 13.25%, applicable to all transient accommodations effective as of November 1, 2021. Taxes will be specified on the reservation confirmation and are subject to change (the higher rate of 17.962% is enforced for all departures starting January 1, 2024, regardless of booking date). Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on your stay dates, with any adjustments to the tax rate being charged or refunded accordingly.

OCCUPANCY: Please note that additional guests of any age, including infants and toddlers, require prior approval, and if accepted, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added for each extra guest.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations made outside the 60-day window prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount.
