The fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinets, a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, granite countertops, and upgraded bathroom cabinetry, ensuring that you have everything you need at your fingertips. Stay entertained with an LED slim-design HD TV, blue-ray DVD player, and enjoy complimentary in-room Internet access. Fresh carpets were installed as of March 31, 2023, adding to the modern elegance of this space.

This penthouse has garnered a long history of stellar ratings and is particularly favored for special occasions such as honeymoons and anniversaries. Your stay also includes access to a stunning tropical resort lobby where you can immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of Maui, complete with a serene waterfall surrounded by vibrant flowers and lush greenery.

Experience relaxation by one of the resort's pools, whether it's the oceanfront main pool, a soothing jacuzzi, or sunbathing on the beach in a comfortable chaise lounge. The Kaanapali Shores restaurant is conveniently located just steps from the beach, providing dining options that celebrate local flavors.

The array of amenities available at Kaanapali Shores includes a health club, beauty salon, gift shop, outdoor massage services, children's programs, an onsite DVD rental kiosk, activities desk, and concierge services. Notably, guests booking through our management do not pay a resort fee. Just outside the resort gates, you'll find a shopping center complete with a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants, dive shop, and more. Enjoy the local farmers market and natural food store nearby; sampling fresh produce is a must during your Maui adventure.

Back in your luxurious condo, indulge in a latte using the provided machine while watching stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Molokai Island. Whether you want to go whale watching or simply unwind while admiring rainbows or sunsets from your private lanai, this penthouse serves as your personal paradise. Please note that a resort parking fee of $9 per day may apply to your stay, and in compliance with Hawaiian law, smoking is prohibited within the vacation rental and lanais.

Daily maid service is not included in this rental, but rest assured there is no additional resort fee to worry about. However, there is an extra charge for onsite parking (covered parking is available), and check-out time is set for 11 AM on your departure date.

For your stay, a total tax of 17.962% is mandated by the State of Hawaii, which includes an excise tax of 4.172% and a transient tax of 13.25%. These taxes apply to all accommodations and will be outlined in your reservation confirmation, subject to changes that may occur after your booking date.

We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, as our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. Cancellations made outside a 60-day window prior to arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total amount paid. Any cancellations made within 60 days may result in loss of all funds paid. We encourage reviewing our terms and conditions for detailed information. Please note that we maintain a NO PET policy in this condo.

All guests are required to sign our Terms and Conditions via DocuSign within 48 hours of booking. Occupancy limits apply, and any additional guests of any age without prior approval will incur an extra fee of $100+tax per day. Stays exceeding 13 nights will require a mid-stay clean at a fee of $150 plus tax, payable before arrival.
