You may also find items like snorkels, masks, fins, boogie boards, and pool noodles left by previous guests, although their availability cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, enjoy entertainment options with our puzzles and games drawer.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible to meet your needs:

• One bedroom with a Queen bed (sleeps 2) - with an extra person charge applicable.
• A newer sofa bed that converts to a Queen (sleeps 2) featuring a comfortable memory foam mattress - extra person charges apply.
• A Pack 'n Play available for infants or toddlers (sleeps 1) - included without charge.
• A single air mattress suitable for children is complimentary when five guests stay (sleeps 1).
• A raised Queen blow-up mattress is also available without charge for groups of five.

• Cleanliness: We provide tenants with Lysol wipes and general cleaning spray for use during their stay.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancelations will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Cancelations made less than 60 days prior to check-in will incur full charges unless the unit can be re-rented at the full rate. If re-rented, the remaining balance minus the deposit will be refunded. No credits are issued for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure, including weather-related issues.
