Summary: This older unit is across from park. Difficult street parking, rec paying for parking. The beach in front of unit rocky and hard to access but San Soucii Beach is a couple blocks away. No grocery nearby but small convenience store 1 block. The unit has a small refrigerator, coffee pot , toaster, microwave. An electric skillet is the cookware. Diswashing is in bathroom sink which drains sluggishly Hard to really cook a meal there, kind of like college style cookIng setup.
