Positive: Exactly as pictured. Modern, clean, fantastic view! Sure beats an oceanview room in nearby hotels costing $800+ per night. Love that it came with beach equipment (umbrella, snorkels, beach chairs, towels, etc) that made our beach excursions so comfortable. Laundry is a big plus as well.
