Positive: Location, availability of beach chairs and coolers. Air conditioning worked well. If you like to socialize with the residence, they have different engagements which are listed to the left of the office. The office has nothing to do with this booking, but were very helpful when we engaged with them. There is a community fridge by the laundry room where people leave groceries not used up when they depart, this is a great concept, vs throwing food away.
Negative: View to ocean was obstructed with green tarp. There was a small safe in the bedroom closet but were told we are not allowed to use. Garbage disposal did not work this was communicated several times without it being corrected. Day 5 we had a rodent in the kitchen helping themselves to some snacks which were on the counter. We only had one bath towel each for the entire time, thank goodness we also were provided with a beach towel each, this was for a 9 day stay. We were supplied with 3 rolls of toilet paper and had to purchase more.
