Welcome to Chez Maui Kihei Beach House - 1 block to the beach, a unique and cozy retreat located just a short stroll from the pristine shores of Kihei, Hawaii. This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath beach house is designed for your relaxation, providing a clean and comfortable environment perfect for your laid-back Maui vacation.

Nestled in a tranquil, friendly neighborhood, our home invites you to immerse yourself in the local experience. Spend your mornings walking along the beach or perhaps take a surfing lesson just steps away. The main house features an attached space for the owners, while a cottage in the back accommodates other guests, ensuring privacy for all parties involved.

You will appreciate the convenience of being within walking distance to popular spots like Kalama Park, the Cove, and Kukui Mall, where shopping and dining await your exploration.

Please note that our property is not suitable for children under 12 years old due to certain safety features and potential hazards. We prioritize your comfort, allowing a maximum of four guests with a requirement that all visitors arrive simultaneously before 9 PM. Arrival times are crucial as it typically takes 1.5 hours from landing at the airport to reaching Chez Maui Kihei Beach House. Therefore, we recommend booking flights that land no later than 7:30 PM to ensure a smooth check-in process.

For your convenience, filtered water and ice are available; we encourage you to bring or purchase a reusable Maui water bottle. During your stay, we value your privacy, so feel free to reach out via text if you need assistance or have questions.

In line with local regulations, a short-term rental agreement is necessary upon booking. It is important to mention that the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property. Unfortunately, we do not provide an outdoor BBQ grill on-site.

Policies:

• Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Noise complaints may lead to cancellation of your rental contract without a refund.
• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• A signed short-term rental agreement listing all guests' names is required, along with valid ID at check-in.
• Please notify us if anything is damaged during your stay.
• Shoes should be removed before entering the house.
• The minimum age for booking is 25 years old.
• Ensure all windows and doors are closed when running air conditioning.
• Laundry facilities are available between 8 AM and 9 PM only; specific usage guidelines apply.
• Check-in must occur before 9 PM; guests arriving after this time will need alternative accommodations.
• Check-out is by 11 AM; late check-out may incur additional fees.
• A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
• Parking must be done in designated areas.
• Children aged 12 years and older are welcome.
• No pets or smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises.
• Please dispose of trash properly, keeping food out of common areas.
• Follow all checkout procedures outlined in the house binder.
