Positive: This is my second stay at the exact same condominium. The photos, however, shown in your advertisement are incorrect and not from that unit at all! The door lock assembly would not work upon my arrival! Maui Vista, your partner in this particular rental, facilitated me and allowed me to hold the keys during my stay. The TV would not turn on as per the instructions in the book they had to have the cable company come out to reset it the facility was being fumigated, and I had to leave the condo for hours one day, which added increasing frustration! It does not appear that the cows Christians nor the comforter and pillow shams, wherever washed since my last day of about five months ago. Booking.com did not allow me any perks since I have been using you now for quite some time Much to my dismay. I will probably never utilize your service again! Your customer service department is inept at best and does not return correspondence nor seemingly care that I spent $3,900 for a two week day, again, even though it’s off-season!
Negative: The pool and barbecue facilities are what brought me back as I had a business meeting barbecue there during my stay. The condominium staff on the other hand is very, very gracious very cooperative, and the facilities and grounds are kept rather close to immaculate! Creedos for Kihei Akahi staff!
