Positive: Great location near shops, restaurants and beaches. Our young kids loved the pool and the short walk to see the sunset next to the waves. We ate breakfast outside most mornings with the birds and lizards. We really appreciated the beach gear available and made use of the community BBQs and tables over several evenings. This spot was the perfect base for us in Kona, and was kid friendly.
