Positive: #12 has a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed is comfortable with nice bedding. It is very nice with the sound of the surf 24-7 with windows open and no AC. Not needed.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: This was our second stay at Kapa’a Sands and will return.
