A charming downstairs 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, situated across from the ocean cliffs. This apartment exudes a relaxed, tropical vibe with a thoughtful layout to maximize comfort. Listen to the waves crash against the cliffs while you relax next to the pool. Remodeled in 2024. This apartment comes with a kitchenette featuring quartz counter tops and has basic cooking appliances for simple meals. My family and I live upstairs with our beloved pets. The only shared spaces are the out door areas including the pool and driveway.
Whale watching season is from December to February. Which can be watched from the front yard or the park less than a block away. We are 45 minutes from Hilo airport. 15 minutes from Pahoa village and 1 hour to Volcano national park. Walking into the private entrance you enter the living room which has a recliner and couch which turns into a queen bed. There is also an air mattress if that is preferred over the couch. There is a 55 inch SMART TV where you can log into your own streaming services.
The kitchenette is also in this area that is equipped with a single induction burner as well as an all in one small oven/airfryer/toaster (that can accommodate a frozen pizza). There is a small microwave, a fridge, coffee maker, coffee grinder, rice cooker, and kettle.
The bathroom has a 9 foot vanity with double under mount sinks on a quartz counter top. Bathroom is equipped with a shower that has a rain shower head and a wand. I provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, cotton balls, cotton pads, and floss sticks.
The pool side bedroom has a large closet, a queen size bed that has 2 storage drawers and a memory foam topper.
The ocean side bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There are cabinets for clothing storage.
Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan that has 3 speeds and customizable light settings. The sheets are 100% cotton and the pillows are Casper pillows so they can be adjusted for comfort
There is an outside dinning area that can seat 4. There is a large pool that is 6ft on the deep end and 3 ft on the shallow end. The backyard also has a 3 tiered planters that features beautiful hibiscus as well as some pineapples and a pomegranate tree. The front yard boasts of tropical ferns and landscaping as well.
