Negative: I was sent email every day, sometimes multiple, all the way to until the day before my trip. I had a terrible time tracking down someone to give us the code to get the keys. The lock box was then a bit janky. And it turns out the unit was unlocked with a set of keys on the counter. That was very frustrating. Then hours after we checked out, I got a message asking if we wanted to stay longer. That was a bit upsetting.

Summary: The place was very nice and a great location.
