Summary: This property is NOT an "upscaled property" it is a BUDGET property with a large price tag. This house is a guest house of a larger home with a SHARED pool, tennis court and yard. The beds are TERRIBLE! Very old and broken-down mattresses and they squeak so loud with any movement. The sheets and bedding (including the pillows, SO GROSS!) were extremely old and dingy as well. The two homes have no privacy from one another, the front doors of the property somewhat face each other with the yard in the center. The owners and their grown children and grandchildren stayed in the main house for a portion of our stay, and we were forced to share the outside area and amenities. DO NOT GO to the BEACH that is 100 feet away! It is literally the largest homeless camp I have ever seen and there were piles and piles of clothing 5 feet high (weird and gross). We reluctantly walked to the water and let our toddler put his feet in the water and a local man a couple of houses down from us who was there cleaning up the beach of trash came running over to us and told us to GET OUT OF THE WATER! He said the water there was not safe and to bathe our child and if we wanted a beach safe enough for our child to head North. Good things about this property is the pool and spa, they were great
