The open concept common area includes a fully remodeled kitchen, a dining table for six, a large Smart TV with cable, and plush seating arrangements including a sofa sleeper and love seat. For your convenience, beach gear such as chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella is also provided.

Your private outdoor oasis awaits on the lanai, furnished with a dining table for six and complete with a BBQ grill and wet bar—perfect for enjoying balmy evenings. The primary suite boasts a queen-sized bed, a private lanai, a dresser, and central AC, while the en suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also provides a queen-sized bed, a dresser, and its own en suite bathroom.

During your stay, Stay Aloha ensures you have all essential amenities covered, excluding supplies necessary for extended stays of multiple weeks. Laundry, bath, and kitchen essentials are included for your convenience.

While the HOA schedules regular pest control services to address ants, roaches, and rodents, please be aware that complete eradication may not be possible due to the local climate. If you happen to spot any unexpected pests, rest assured that we will work diligently with the HOA to minimize their presence. Our units undergo meticulous cleaning and inspections, and any encounters with wildlife do not constitute a breach of this agreement or entitle guests to refunds or rental adjustments.
