• You are permitted only two vehicles, which must be parked in the driveway, as street parking is strictly enforced.
• The backyard area is gated; however, please exercise caution around the pool if you have small children traveling with you.
• Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM.
