Recently upgraded with a new Queen Alexander memory foam mattress and boxspring in November 2023, this unit also provides a full-size pull-out couch. The studio comfortably accommodates two guests but can host up to three. If your party consists of four, please obtain prior approval as the couch bed is more appropriate for children. Extra linens will be provided for larger parties.

Unit #245 sets itself apart as a corner unit, providing magnificent panoramic views stretching East and North. For your convenience, Unit #245 is equipped with high-efficiency Fujitsu A/C, a ceiling fan with remote, complimentary WiFi, a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge with a separate freezer door (with additional ice machines available on-site), kitchen utensils, and all necessary linens including organic cotton bed linens and towels. Enjoy access to BBQ facilities poolside or relish the captivating views of Waipouli Beach from your private lanai.

Please note that there are no elevators on the property, but free parking is available for our guests. This condo complex is ideally situated near various popular destinations on the island, beautifully positioned on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it takes approximately 12 minutes to reach Lihue Airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei, and 45 minutes to Poipu, making Kaua'i, often referred to as the Garden Isle, a fantastic hub for exploration.

Important: Please be aware that we are not affiliated with the hotel reservation system; therefore, daily room service is not provided. However, you will have complete access to common areas, including the pool, hot tub, and pool bar as our guest. This privately owned studio offers a cost-effective rental option. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and stocked with starter supplies, while cleaning will occur again upon check-out. Additional services for linen changes and cleaning can be arranged for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Laundromats are located just a six to seven-minute drive away for your washing needs.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests should be communicated in advance to avoid penalties, potentially amounting to an extra night’s charge.

All Kauai Vision properties are strictly non-smoking, inside and out, including the lanai and hallways, with designated smoking areas found outdoors away from the building to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. Summary: The unit is perfectly located, on the the 2nd of 3 floors in a beautifully landscaped older resort, very close to the ocean and the pool. Management was responsive and the property description was accurate. The unit includes a big, old microwave and 2 refrigerators, essentially in the bedroom. The cabinets in the bedroom are full of dishes, silverware, etc. There is one smallish wardrobe for guests to use. The unit was not especially clean and the dirty broom and dustpan stood in the corner of the bathroom; there was a broom closet, but it was locked. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay, and are glad we chose it. It would have been more relaxing and nicer if the unit were updated and there was less bedroom space devoted to kitchen stuff. We enjoyed the other guests we met at the resort, and loved walking up and down the coast in the morning. To the south, there's a beachside restaurant, and to the north, there's a Starbucks in a hotel. Also, it's easy to drive all over the island from this central location.
