Recently upgraded with a new Queen Alexander memory foam mattress and boxspring in November 2023, this unit also provides a full-size pull-out couch. The studio comfortably accommodates two guests but can host up to three. If your party consists of four, please obtain prior approval as the couch bed is more appropriate for children. Extra linens will be provided for larger parties.

For your convenience, Unit #245 is equipped with high-efficiency Fujitsu A/C, a ceiling fan with remote, complimentary WiFi, a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge with a separate freezer door (with additional ice machines available on-site), kitchen utensils, and all necessary linens including organic cotton bed linens and towels. Enjoy access to BBQ facilities poolside or relish the captivating views of Waipouli Beach from your private lanai.
Please note that there are no elevators on the property, but free parking is available for our guests. This condo complex is ideally situated near various popular destinations on the island, beautifully positioned on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it takes approximately 12 minutes to reach Lihue Airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei, and 45 minutes to Poipu, making Kaua'i, often referred to as the Garden Isle, a fantastic hub for exploration.
Important: Please be aware that we are not affiliated with the hotel reservation system; therefore, daily room service is not provided. However, you will have complete access to common areas, including the pool, hot tub, and pool bar as our guest. This privately owned studio offers a cost-effective rental option. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and stocked with starter supplies, while cleaning will occur again upon check-out. Additional services for linen changes and cleaning can be arranged for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Laundromats are located just a six to seven-minute drive away for your washing needs.
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests should be communicated in advance to avoid penalties, potentially amounting to an extra night’s charge.
