Keep in mind that Hawaii imposes an occupancy tax, payable at checkout based on the villa type, ranging from $10 to $50 per night.

Before booking and traveling, ensure you stay informed about local travel requirements. Additionally, please be aware that neighboring towers—Molokai, Maui, and Lanai—will be undergoing substantial refurbishment and plumbing renovations from June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. Expect some construction noise during these hours, which may impact resort amenities intermittently.

An electrical distribution upgrade is also scheduled from March 1 to August 31, 2024. There may be periods of electricity outages in certain areas, including overnight in the villas. Once the transition to generator power occurs in early August 2024, expect the villa towers to run solely on generator power throughout the project's duration. Some disruptions may happen as the resort transitions back to the main electrical system expected at the end of August 2024.
