This legally permitted short-term rental adheres to the rules established by Maui County and is situated in a residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors’ privacy, particularly during quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as amplified sound is prohibited.

House Policies:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and within 20 feet downwind outside.
• Overnight guests must include those listed in the original guest party.
• The owners are not liable for accidents or losses that occur on the property.
• Please maintain the property and furnishings in good condition.
• Only utilize appliances for their intended purposes.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Parking is available in the circular driveway or under the carport.
• Daily housekeeping is not included; however, linens and bath towels are provided.
• The home has a cesspool and is not connected to county sewer; please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather-related issues.
