Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs due to potential back-to-back bookings. However, if you'd like to ensure an early check-in, we recommend booking an additional day in advance.

If you plan to rent a car, we suggest contacting the hotel for valet parking rates, which were approximately $45 per day during our last check. Public paid parking is available along the boat harbor at a rate of $1 per hour. If you only require a vehicle for a single day, some guests choose to rent from the facilities in Waikiki; be sure to reserve in advance as cars can be rented quickly.
Welcome Kit:
Your welcome kit includes dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body soap, paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper. Please be aware that these items are not refilled, and you will need to purchase replacements when they run out.
Please note the following:
- No daily housekeeping service or linen/towel changes are provided; coin-operated washers and dryers are available on-site.
- No designated parking is included, but valet parking is offered—please inquire directly with the Ilikai Hotel for current rates.
