The home consists of 3 bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms with a detached "Ohana", or in-law unit, which features a bedroom, kitchenette, full bathroom and a relaxing garden shower.
Located on popular exclusive Kahikole Street, in the heart of Hualalai Resort, you will be just a 5 minute golf cart ride or a 10 minute walk away from the legendary amenities of the Four Seasons Hotel and Hualalai Sports Club and Spa — relax at one of the 5 pools, play a few rounds on the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, pamper yourself at the spa, dine at one of the 4 resort restaurants, or play a few sets of tennis or pickle ball. A short walk from the home in the opposite direction and you will be at the Alaka'i Nalu Ocean Activities Center beach where you can enjoy snorkeling, Stand up paddle boarding and boat excursions.
With over 3,000 square feet of indoor living space there is plenty of space to gather in a group in addition to private spaces to retreat alone. The spacious home includes a great room that seamlessly opens onto the expansive lanai blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
