The large living room flows seamlessly into a gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you need for culinary delights. With a brand-new three-zone air conditioning system, you can enjoy the perfect climate throughout your stay.

Step outside onto the expansive lanai, where you'll find an outdoor kitchen complete with a BBQ grill and refrigerator, perfect for alfresco dining or lounging under the Hawaiian sun. For added convenience, this residence includes a private garage along with a full-size washer and dryer.

Your stay at Luana means access to top-notch resort amenities, including several swimming pools, soothing hot tubs, picturesque waterfalls, and a children's shallow pool. Stay active with the 24-hour fitness center, savor delicious meals at Duke's Beach House Restaurant, shop locally at Aina Gourmet Market and Whaler's General Store, or indulge in relaxation at Ho'ola Spa—all located on-site.

Please be aware of the State of Hawaii's tax requirements, which include a total of 17.962% applicable to all transient accommodations. This comprises a 4.712% excise tax and a 13.25% transient tax, effective as of January 1, 2024. This tax will be reflected in your reservation confirmation and is subject to change.

We ask that you review our cancellation policy carefully. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you cancel outside of a 60-day period before your arrival, a 10% fee of the total cost will apply. Cancellations made within that 60-day window may result in forfeiture of all payments. Should we successfully rebook any reserved dates, we will gladly refund a pro-rata share, minus a 30% cancellation fee. Please note that payment processing fees, if incurred, will also be deducted.

For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Each guest must also sign our terms and conditions.

All guests will have access to the extensive amenities at Honua Kai Resort, subject to availability. Parking is available for $15.00 plus tax per day for a second vehicle, with a maximum of two parking spaces per condo. Please note that stays of 14 nights or longer will require a linen exchange service, which will be the responsibility of the guest. Additionally, we maintain a strict no pet policy.
