Summary: I enjoyed being on the 31st floor with great views and getting to know the culture of the surrounding downtown area. A nice change from Waikiki. Including a parking slot, which was not as narrow as described by others. Had no problems. The place is fully equipped with everything needed, including vacuum cleaner and essentials. The refrigerator was a bit noisy and could use a new fan in the freezer. Air conditioning worked great. I enjoyed the pool which is set up for swimming laps
