The restoration will encompass Ohia Wood Posts, railings, trellises, and A/C enclosures, taking place sequentially for each building from July 2024 to March 2025, with specific work on Building J occurring from November 22 to December 9, 2024. During this time, some lanai furnishings may be relocated, and contractor personnel will access upper floor lanais using ladders. Work hours are set from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. For any inquiries regarding these improvements, feel free to reach out.

Your stay comes with a valuable Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass, valid for 2024. Each pass accommodates up to six guests (children under five do not count towards this limit). The pass is accessible starting at 4 PM on your arrival date until 11 AM on departure day. You will find the pass and an instruction letter waiting for you in your rental upon arrival. Enjoy complimentary self-parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, along with full access to all pools, waterslides, and hot tubs. Pool towel service is included, and there are no blackout dates for usage.

For fitness enthusiasts, utilize the Fitness Center from 9 AM to 5 PM for just $20 per day, while locker rentals at the Kona pool are available for $10 per day. Only registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com can use the pass, and we cannot accommodate additional guests beyond the initial allowance. Misuse of the pass could lead to revocation, and they are non-transferable. Additionally, please note that lost or damaged passes incur a replacement fee of $250.
