The estate is ideally located at the cool elevation of 1,600 ft above sea level where air conditioner is not necessary, cool mountain air at night and breezy ocean wind during the day.
The open living concept home features traditional Hawaiian style built with spacious lanais and wide overhang to capture trade wind and provide rain protection, expertly detailed construction throughout. Every rooms are laid out to take advantage of the amazing views and tropical breeze. Kitchen is well equipped to handle all your Chef's desire, to prepare meals after a day of island explorations. Upper Lanai is the favorite place for morning breakfast with your own cup of freshly roasted KarmaSu coffee. Separate living area on lower level with screened lanai are designed for multi family use, meditation or yoga. For our guests enjoyment, we take great care to maintain the landscaping of lush lawn, exotic flowers and edible tropical fruits.
