This beautifully decorated residence features modern beach-themed decor and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and an additional daybed with a trundle. The thoughtfully designed kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with filtered water. With a large family-style dining table seating up to eight, along with a wet bar and breakfast counter with four stools, you'll find this space perfect for gatherings and entertaining.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll discover a convenient laundry room complete with a full-capacity washer and dryer, plus a laundry sink for added functionality.

The spacious master bedroom includes a king bed, a luxurious full bathroom featuring double sinks, and a walk-in tub/shower. For your comfort, a smart TV and a quiet split AC unit ensure a pleasant environment during warm nights. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds, a pack & play, alongside a collection of books and toys catered for children. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combination, and both rooms are fitted with quiet split AC units for a restful night's sleep.

An extra perk is the inviting open sunroom, which boasts a twin daybed and spacious closet. After a long day of adventures, all beds are made with soft linens that promise a cozy night’s sleep.

The living area exudes warmth with its vaulted ceilings and plush sofa, providing a welcoming space to unwind. Enjoy entertainment options such as a TV with cable, DVD player, portable Bluetooth stereo system, home phone, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. Additional new quiet split AC units keep the home comfortable in every room.

Your outdoor oasis awaits with a fully fenced yard adorned with mango, papaya, and lime trees, which you are welcome to savor. The outdoor space features a dining table, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs, inviting you to relax and soak up the Hawaiian sun. Plus, you have direct access to the bay just across the street, where two stand-up paddleboards await you for some fun on the water.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the delightful outdoor shower conveniently located near the back gate of the home.

Nestled on the Windward (Eastern) side of the island, Kaneohe Bay encompasses 7,500 acres, making it the largest sheltered body of water within the main Hawaiian Islands. This home is available for rentals of no less than 30 consecutive days. Kindly note that rental rates remain constant regardless of the number of days occupied. We recommend staying informed about current governmental regulations and rental guidelines for the Hawaiian islands, as these laws are subject to change.

Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please keep in mind the following requirements:

• Pets must be potty trained
• Pets must not produce excessive noise
• Pets are prohibited from being on any furniture

Additionally, the owner requires submission of:

• Two pet references
• Vet records or a letter from the clinic certifying up-to-date vaccinations and adherence to flea, tick, and worming prevention

There is an additional fee of $1500 for professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, along with potential pest control treatments post-stay. A refundable pet deposit of $1500 is also required. For more information regarding pets, please consult the property manager.
