The lower level features two bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the upper level boasts a spacious loft-style third bedroom with a ¾ bathroom. The living and dining areas open through sliding glass doors onto a large lanai, perfect for outdoor dining and grilling.
For added peace of mind, the home includes a monitored security system with three exterior cameras. The alarm system will be disarmed during your stay unless access is requested; exterior cameras remain active at all times. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and gounds were nice and well maintained. Easy to find and drive to. There was a hot water heater issue that cause a few minor problems but we worked through those. My biggest issue was the check-in emails. I got one from VRBO butbthere were no specifics for door/lock codes. The morning of the day we were to check-in, I had to contact VRBO for points of contact for those codes. That was very disappointing.
