Situated at an ideal elevation of 1000 feet, you'll enjoy perfect weather year-round—no air conditioning needed! The estate's prime location puts you just 10 minutes away from downtown Kona, 5 minutes from the airport, and only 3 minutes from Costco, with nearby beaches and restaurants beckoning for exploration.
Please note that this property is smoke-free, and small, housebroken pets may be considered upon request. For those interested in delicious organic home-cooked meals, they are available at an additional charge.
