Please note that, as per Hawaiian law, smoking is prohibited in vacation rentals and on the lanais (balconies). Daily maid service is not included, but covered parking is available for an added fee. Check-out time is set for 11 AM on your departure day.

Taxes are mandated by the State of Hawaii, totaling 17.962%, which comprises a 4.172% excise tax and a 13.25% transient tax, effective November 1, 2021. Changes to these rates will be communicated based on your dates of stay.

It is crucial to mention that any additional guests must receive prior approval, with a fee of $100+tax per day applicable for each additional occupant. All stays exceeding 13 nights require a mid-stay cleaning for a fee of $175 plus tax, payable before arrival.

Travel insurance is highly recommended, and all guests must adhere to our cancellation policy and sign our terms and conditions. Cancellations made outside a 60-day window may incur a 10% fee, while those within 60 days could result in the forfeiture of all payments.
