Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very big with lots of space for a big family. The close proximity to one of the best beaches on Oahu was amazing. We could walk down and catch the sunrise, relax in the natural shade or boogie board to our hearts’ content. The local grocery store in Waimanalo (Shima’s) has everything we needed and more. Their poke was especially delicious and affordable! Access to other parts of the island was easy. We hardly experienced any of the infamous Oahu traffic. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with the exception of New Year’s Eve! The fireworks we saw were some of the best. Our hosts were kind, gracious, generous, and responsive. We would be happy to return someday.
