Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM

Security Deposit: Our security deposits are meant to encourage timely check-outs and ensure the unit is left in excellent condition. We regret any penalties associated with this process.

Smoking/Pets: Please note that smoking is not permitted within the unit, as all accommodations are non-smoking. While we adore pets, they are regrettably not allowed.

Lock & Key: The front door features a lock pad; please open the screen door to access it. Your specific code will be shared in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.

Gate Code: You will receive a gate code for entry into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your visit.

A parking pass will be provided for your vehicle at the unit, with designated parking stalls available. Should you require guest parking for an additional vehicle, a guest parking pass will also be available for use in designated guest stalls. Remember to display the parking pass on your dashboard at all times.

Please keep in mind there is a $50 fee for lost parking passes. To avoid attracting tropical insects, maintain cleanliness by keeping the unit crumb-free. Clean thoroughly after cooking and eating, and store food properly in sealed containers.

**We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming food on couches or beds to prevent crumbs or wrappers from accumulating.

We have established strict cleanliness rules to mitigate potential pest issues. If dirty dishes or excessive garbage are discovered by our cleaning crew upon your departure, a fee may be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

Air Conditioning: Help us conserve energy by closing doors and windows when the A/C is running, and remember to turn off the units when leaving the condo.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties are not permitted.
