Currently, the resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers are scheduled for significant renovations, including villa refurbishment and plumbing updates, anticipated to occur from June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. This work will happen daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST, so expect some construction noise as well as potential intermittent impacts to resort amenities during this period.

Additionally, an upgrade to the electrical distribution system is slated from March 1 to August 31, 2024. Please note that some areas of the resort may experience extended power outages, including villas overnight. As the transition to generator power occurs around early August, it's important to know that electricity may be intermittent until the end of August when normal operations resume.
