The master suite comes with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, two guest rooms are furnished with Queen beds, and the fourth room contains two twin beds. Each bed is outfitted with premium mattresses, quality pillows, and extra blankets for ultimate coziness, complemented by hotel-grade towels and sheets.

The generous living, dining, and breakfast areas are also air-conditioned and include another Ultra High Definition 4K TV. Connectivity won't be an issue with ultra-high-speed 1GB fiber optic internet available, along with TVs that can function as monitors and a color printer for any work-related needs during your stay.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end appliances and the necessary cooking and serving essentials. A laundry area with washer and dryer adds convenience, while additional amenities such as a Ping Pong table, beach essentials including chairs and towels, and a collection of family games promise endless fun.

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, while street parking is not permitted. To maintain the peaceful ambiance of our residential community, we kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

Self-check-in is made easy with a smart lock and a separate lockbox for emergency access, allowing you to enjoy the entire house and the private backyard freely. Note that access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Fall 2024.
